Learn how Minecraft AI Video Generator collects, uses, protects, and retains account, prompt, generation, analytics, attribution, and payment data.

Last updated: 2026-07-28

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Minecraft AI Video Generator collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and AI video generation service. Minecraft AI Video Generator is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

  1. Account information — your name, email address, authentication records, language preference, and account settings.
  2. Generation information — the prompts, scene type, aspect ratio, task status, credit cost, output URL, error details, and timestamps associated with a video request.
  3. Usage and device information — browser type, device type, IP-derived security signals, pages visited, referral information, and product interactions.
  4. Analytics and attribution information — pseudonymous analytics identifiers; campaign parameters such as source, medium, campaign, content, term, and campaign ID; the landing path and referring host; and low-cardinality events describing account activation, generation state, checkout, purchase, and renewal.
  5. Payment information — order, subscription, transaction, and credit-ledger records. Payment providers process card or wallet details; Minecraft AI Video Generator does not store full payment card numbers.
  6. Support information — messages and files you choose to send when requesting assistance.
  7. Cookies and browser storage — data required for sessions, preferences, security, analytics, campaign attribution, internal-traffic marking, and preserving an unfinished generation draft.

Please do not place confidential information, personal data, private credentials, or content you do not have the right to use in a prompt.

AI Processing and Service Providers

To fulfill a generation request, Minecraft AI Video Generator sends the prompt and selected generation settings to Buble, which routes the request to the selected underlying AI video provider. Buble and that provider may process and temporarily store request data and generated output under their own service terms, privacy notices, and retention practices. Their terms govern whether and how they use content for purposes beyond delivering the request. Review those terms before submitting sensitive or commercially restricted material.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers under appropriate contractual controls, to comply with law, to investigate abuse or fraud, or to protect users and the service.

Analytics and Attribution

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand page visits and product journeys. Browser events may describe a page view, selected call to action, sign-in step, generation intent, blocked request, download, or retry. Server-side Measurement Protocol events may describe an activated account, an accepted or completed generation, a failed generation, a purchase, or a subscription renewal.

Analytics events are designed not to include prompt text, email addresses, names, authentication or reset tokens, provider task identifiers, generated-media URLs, raw provider errors, or payment-session identifiers. Pseudonymous GA client and session identifiers may be associated with a generation or checkout so that a server-side result can be attributed to the browser journey that initiated it. Internal administrator and quality-assurance traffic is marked separately and can be excluded from production reporting.

When campaign parameters are present, we may store a sanitized first-touch source, medium, campaign, content, term, campaign ID, landing path, and referring host in a first-party attribution cookie for up to 30 days. If you create an account, that first-touch record may be associated with the account. A checkout may retain a sanitized attribution snapshot so we can understand which campaign led to a completed order. We do not copy prompt text into attribution records or checkout URLs.

An unfinished prompt draft is kept in the current browser tab's session storage so it can be restored without placing the prompt in a shareable URL. Submitted prompts are stored with the private generation record and are sent to Buble and the selected provider only when needed to create and manage the requested video.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, submit and monitor video jobs, display private generation history, deduct or restore credits, process purchases, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, measure product and service reliability, and troubleshoot failures. Minecraft AI Video Generator does not operate its own model-training program using your prompts or generated outputs. The separate practices of Buble and the selected underlying provider are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Retention

Account, payment, and credit-ledger records are retained as required to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Generation records remain associated with your account until deleted under our retention process or until the account is closed, subject to backup and legal-retention periods. First-touch attribution stored with an account or order follows the retention period for that record; the browser attribution cookie expires after up to 30 days. Session-storage drafts normally end with the browser-tab session. GA4 data follows the retention settings configured for our analytics property. A third-party output URL may expire independently of Minecraft AI Video Generator, so you should download completed work you want to keep.

Security

We use transport encryption, access controls, server-side credential handling, and secret masking. Administrator-stored secrets can be encrypted at rest when deployment encryption is configured. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may manage account information in the product or contact us using the support channel shown on the website. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some financial or security records must be retained by law.

Children

The service is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to online services in their jurisdiction. A parent or guardian should supervise use by minors.

International Processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be announced in the product.
