Acceptance

By creating an account or using Minecraft AI Video Generator, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept them for that organization.

Independent Product

Minecraft AI Video Generator is an independent creative tool for generating block-based, Minecraft-style video. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft. “Minecraft” is used descriptively. Do not use Minecraft AI Video Generator to imply an official partnership or to reproduce protected logos, textures, character skins, audio, or other assets without permission.

Service and AI Output

You provide a prompt and select a scene preset. Minecraft AI Video Generator may send that information through Buble to a third-party AI video model. Results are probabilistic: output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. We do not promise a particular visual result, generation time, model availability, or uninterrupted output URL.

You must review every output before publishing. You are responsible for any disclosure, labeling, moderation, licensing, or platform rules that apply to the output. A generated result does not by itself prove that you own every right needed for commercial use.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. We may apply rate limits, concurrent-job limits, and security checks to protect the service.

Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain the rights you already hold in prompts and uploaded material. You grant Minecraft AI Video Generator and its service providers a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You must have all rights and permissions required for your inputs and intended use. You may not submit or generate content that:

• infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
• impersonates a person, organization, or official Minecraft service;
• exploits minors or contains illegal sexual content;
• promotes hatred, targeted harassment, fraud, malware, or illegal activity;
• uses a real person's likeness or voice without required consent;
• attempts to bypass safeguards, extract credentials, attack systems, or disrupt service.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Video presets have a server-controlled credit price shown before submission. Credits are consumed when a task is accepted. If the upstream provider rejects the task or returns a terminal failed or canceled state, Minecraft AI Video Generator automatically restores the corresponding consumed credits. A poor-looking but technically completed result is not treated as a provider failure.

Subscription credits are issued according to the purchased billing interval. One-time credit packs expire after the period shown at checkout. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred, and have no value outside Minecraft AI Video Generator. Taxes and currency conversion may apply. Payment refunds, cancellations, renewals, and charge disputes are handled under applicable law and the selected payment provider's terms; unused virtual credits are not automatically refundable unless required by law.

Availability and Changes

Models, routes, prices, credit costs, limits, and features may change as providers or operating costs change. We may pause a model, route requests differently, or suspend service for security or maintenance. We will avoid materially reducing an active paid entitlement without reasonable notice where practicable.

Intellectual Property

Minecraft AI Video Generator software, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant rights to Minecraft AI Video Generator branding, Minecraft intellectual property, or third-party model technology. As between you and Minecraft AI Video Generator, and subject to provider terms and applicable law, we do not claim ownership of your original prompts or generated outputs.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, chargeback misuse, or legal requirement. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where legally allowed. Minecraft AI Video Generator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, platform enforcement, or publishing decisions arising from use of AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms. The date above identifies the current version, and material changes may be announced in the product. Questions may be submitted through the support channel on the Minecraft AI Video Generator website.
